摘要
通过试验研究,得到铸态高铬白日铸铁的金相组织主要为:铬奥氏体加M_7C_3共晶碳化物和铬屈氏体加M_7C_3共晶碳化物;采用稀土变质处理,可使晶粒细化,从而有效地提高机械性能和抗磨性能。
Based on experimental results, the main as cast structure of high chromium white iron have been obtained, which were Cr-A+M_7C_3and Cr-T+M_7C_3. The modified treatment by RE can refine the crystalline gain and thus,increasing the mechanical property and wear resistance significantly.
