摘要
研究了α-Fe2O3(SO)气敏材料和Fe2O3试剂和在不同烧成温度和工作温度下的红外吸收性质,结果表明SO改变了α-Fe2O3的结构状态,使a-Fe2O3产生氧吸附功能,从而获得气敏性。
The infrared absorption properties of gas sensitive material a-Fe2O3(SO)and reagentFe2O3 were studied at the different sintering and working temperatures.The results indicatethat structural state of a-Fe2O3(SO) was changed by the sulphate ions leading to itsoxygen absorption function,and its gas sensitivity is thus obtained.
