就如何在ＰＡＲＫＶＩＥＷＨＯＴＥＬ工程中体现沈阳地区的文化特点．从沈阳城的历史沿革、沈阳城市建筑现状及主要特点、独具一格的沈阳故宫、关于在新建宾馆设计中如何反映文化特色等四个方面，总结和归纳出沈阳建筑的主要文化特征．并引伸到如何认识传统文化与现代建筑创作关系的学术领域，对此在理论上进行了分析和论述．

This article discusses how to express the cultural characteristics of Shenyang City in architectural projects. It analyses and summarizes the main distinguishing features,the historiC evolution and present situation of the city construction in Shenyang, the unique Shenyang Imperial Palace,as well as how to show, the cultural characteristics in the new project of hotel. It extends the problem to seeking unity of relationship between traditional culture and modern architectural creation.
