介绍基团电负性计算方法，利用基因电负性及其计算结果解释无机含氧酸的酸性递变规律和烷基在醇、胺分子中的吸电子效应．
This paper introduces the calculation method of geno electronegativity. It explains the stepping changing law of the acidity of inorganic oxy-acid and the ene-electron effect of the alkyl in alcohol and amine molecules by the geno electronegativity and its calculating results
