摘要
研究了氧化铝陶瓷与陶瓷及陶瓷与1cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的钎焊,测量了接头剪切强度,分析了剪切断裂规律。结果表明,钎焊温度对陶瓷与陶瓷钎焊接头剪切强度有较大的影响。随着温度的增加,剪切强度先是增加,然后逐渐降低,在850℃时强度最高,为176Mpa。在850℃钎焊条件下,陶瓷与不锈钢钎焊接头强度为155Mpa,残余热应力对界面附近的陶瓷损伤较大。通过断口观察与分析,发现有四种断裂类型,各种断裂对应着不同的强度水平。
In this paper,the oining of alumina ceramic to ceramic and to 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel was carried out.The joint strength was meastired by shear testing,and the fracture surfaces were observed and analysed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).It was shown that the joint strength of ceramic to ceramic bonding was greatly affected by the joining temperature. With the temperature inc reasing,the joint strength was inereased firstly and then decreased gradtilly,the maximum joint strength was 176MPa and obtained at 850℃,But the joint strength of alumina ceramic to stainless steel bonding was 155MPa at thesame temperature,and the ceramics near the interface were severedamaged from the residual stress.There were four kinds offracture types and each type corresponded to a differentfracture strength according to the results of fracture analyses.
