激光穴位照射后对亮氨酸脑啡肽及脾淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响

Effects of He-Ne Laser Accupuncture Points Irradiation on the Leuenkephalin Level and Splenic Lymphocyte Transformation in Rats

摘要 大鼠随机分为激光穴位照射(laseraccupuncturepointirradiation),用10mHe-Ne激光,每日用次,每次10min,连照5次“足三里”穴;电针对照(electropuncturepoint,EP)和空白对照三组,测定中枢结构亮氨酸脑啡肽(leu-enkePhalin,LEK)含量和脾淋巴细胞增殖(lymphocytetransformationtest,LTT)的变化,结果显示:激光照射“足三里”穴与电针有类似作用,可提高淋巴细胞增殖;使下丘脑LEK含量下降,使纹状体LEK含量升高。提示激光穴位照射可改变中枢阿片肽能系统的活性,继而起到调控机体免疫功能的作用。即阿片肽等生物活性物质参与了免疫调节过程,而不是简单的激光对机体的刺激效应所致。 Rats wexe randomly divided into three groups: the He-Ne laser accupuncture point irradiation group, irradiated at Zusanli Point by 10mW He-Ne laser for 10min, once a day for 5 consecutive days, the electropuncture group and control group. The levels of leu-enkephalin (LEK) in central nervous system were determined and splenic lymphocyte trans formation (LTT) were assayed.The results showed that (1) laser irradiation at Zusanli point enhanced splenic lymphocyte proliferation as in the electropunctured rats; (2) both the two groups resulted in the decrease of LEK in hypothalamus, and increase of LEK in striatum. It is suggested that point laser irradiation exerts effect on the opioid peptide activity in the central nervous system, and promotes the metabolism of opioid peptide, therefore, modulates the immune function of the body. It may indicate that bio-active substances such as opioid peptide are involved in the process of immunological regulation when point laser irradiation is applied to the human body, rather than direct stimu1ating effects on the body surface caused by laser irradiation.
