低能量CO_2激光气管吻合术的实验研究

摘要 用低能量CO2激光进行了家兔气管焊接吻合的实验研究。结果表明这一焊接吻合技术是可行的。与传统的丝线缝合吻合法相比,激光吻合气管技术具有减少气管吻合口异物反应及瘢痕形成,术后吻合口狭窄发生率低以及吻合口结构更接近于正常的气管组织结构等独特的优点。文中还对有关的技术问题,吻合机理及优缺点等作了初步探讨。 An experiment of trachea anastomosis in rabbits was successfully performed by using low power CO2laser. The results showed that it is feasible to perform tracheal anastomosis in rabbits with CO2 laser system and it offers certain advantages over the conventional suture technique suth as reducing foreign body reaction,minimizing fibrosis or scarring; low incidence of anastomotic stenosis and having an almost normal histological reconstruction of anastomotic site. Some technical problems, the anastomotic mechnism and certain other aspects of trachea anastomosis in rabbits using low power CO2 laser were also discussed in the study.
