Lipschitz Stability and Liapunov Stability

首先指出文［３］中的主要定义需要改进，为此，重新给出有关Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ稳定性方面的定义，进行了补充、讨论和注解。

In this paper, a new notion of stability is introduced,which will be calleduniform Lipschitz asymptotic stability for differential equations.For linear systems,the no-tion of uniform Lilpsohitz asymptotic stability and the notion of uniform asymptotic stabili-ty are equivalent.However for nonlinear systems,the notion of uniform Lipschitzasymptotic stability implies uniform asymptotic stability.
