根据经济生态建设的本质是以绿色生产为基础的经济秩序建设及农业经济生态系统的动态特点，提出了农业经济生态建设总体设计、规划、预测与决策的基本思路与其仿真过程的系统动态学一般模型。

The economic eco-reconstruction is the construction, based on green-pro-duction,of economic order,among which the most important thing is economiceco-construction of agriculture. According to dynamic characteristics of agricultural eco-nomic eco-system, to use dynamic model in overall design, forecast and decision of agricul-tural engagings will represent the basic features more practurally. So the basic thoughts ofagricultural economic eco-construction are put forward and the general dynamics model isbuilt in the paper.
