摘要
应用极化曲线、微分电容及交流阻抗测量方法,对添加有机添加剂的Zn—Ni合金共沉积的电化学行为进行了研究,找出了它们的作用和规律,为寻找均匀光亮添加剂打下理论基础。
Electrochemical behavior of Zn-Ni alloy codeposition prooess in the presence of organic additives is investigated through observation of polarization curves, differential capacity and AC impedance. The effects and laws of the organic additives found would be considered as a theorectical basis for further research on brighteners which provide the deposits with homogeneous brightness.
