东菱精纯克栓酶治疗脑梗塞的初步观察

Preliminary Observation of Batroxibin on the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

东菱精纯克栓酶是一种单成分溶血栓促微循环的新型血栓治疗剂。我科应用该药治疗10例脑梗塞,总有效率90％。显效以上者达50％,皮质支梗塞者疗效似较好,而2例脑栓塞疗效均不满意。本药治疗疗程短,见效快,不良反应少,治疗结束后症状仍继续改善,不失为治疗血栓性脑梗塞的一种新药。

Batroxobin is a new thrombolytic drug, which is made up of single composition and can improve the blood microcirculation. We used batroxobin in 10 patients cerebral infarction, effect was observed in 9 patients (90%) of all and significant effect in 5 (50%). It seems that the patients with corticocerebral infarction response better, but curative effect in 2 patients with cerebral infarction were not satisfaction. The required curative term was short, effect was rapid and adverse reaction was low. Patients still went on improving after treatment, so batroxobin can be used as a new drug for patients with thrombotic cerebral infarction.
