肿瘤坏死因子对人脐静脉内皮细胞释放反应的影响

Effect of Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) on the Release Responses of Human Umbilical Vein Endolhelial Cells (HUVECs)

本实验以体外原代培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)作为实验对象,观察肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)对HUVEC释放vWV,TXA_2,PGI_2的影响。结果发现TNF具有促进HUVEC释放vWF及PGI_2作用,对TXA_2释放无明显影响。

The primary cultured HUVECs were observed to determine the effect of TNF on the release responses of von willebrand factor (vWF), thromboxane A2(TXA2) and prostacycline (PGI2). The results were as follows: TNF promoted the releases of vWF and PGI2, but did not significantly affect on the release of TXA2.
