L——兰光膜覆盖水稻幼苗的生理作用及其后效应的研究

摘要 L——兰光膜对水稻幼苗的植株高度,叶龄,分蘖数,根体积,根活力及干物质积累都有良好的影响,并且可使幼苗叶绿素的含量及叶绿体的光还原活动性增加,促使幼苗对NH_4^+,NO_3^-的吸收及蛋白质的合成。但对碳水化合物的积累并不表现明显的促进作用。L——兰光膜可以使水稻在揭膜后的时期仍然保持较高的光合速率,虽然这时各种处理叶绿素浓度基本趋于一致,但叶绿体光还原活性仍然很高。同时,可使Rubiscase,乙醇酸氧化酶和硝酸还原酶活性在长期保持高水平。L——兰光膜还可以使水稻提前一周抽穗,使产量增加。 L-blue light film has influence on height of rice seedling, ages of leaf, tillers, volume of roots, activity of roots and the accumulation of dry substance. It can increase the number of chlorophyll and make chlorophore keep high photo reducing activity. It can also promote rice seedling to absorb more NH_^+ and NO_3^- to compose more protein. But it don't promote to accumulate sugar of rice seedling. After L-blue right filn is removed, Rice still make high photosyntheis during later stage. meanwhile, chlorophylls of rice covered different L-blue light film are close to same, but the activity of chlorophore is still keep high. L-blue light film can increase the activities of Rubiscase (Rubilose-1、5-Diphosphate carboxylase), glycolic acid oxidase and Nitrate reductase during long time, It can move up a week to make rice in heading stage. It is very improtant to move up heading stage in agriculture. In a word, To use L-blue light film can increase rice yield
