By adjusting the testing condition,we obtained the best pulse hydrodynamic per-formance of aortic valve allograft tested in the duplicator made by Chengdu Universi-ty of Science and Technology.Meanwhile,we regarded the condition of the duplicatoras the consilience of human left circulation.By comparing the results(comparison)ofthe different periods of the cardiac cycle including beat to beat interval(RR),systolictime(ST),left ventricular eject time(LVET)and the relationship between them,which got from the observation on volunteers with normal or prostheses aortic valveby using two dimensional Doppler echocardiography,with that of the testing condi-
