To test the osteoinductive activity of the RBX developed by us,eight differentdoses(4,2,1,0.5,0.25,0.125,0.075,and 0.0325milligrams)of bovine bone morpho-genetic protein(bBMP)were selected on the basis of the results of ectopic assays andwere reconstituted with ten milligrams of the antigen-extracted,partial decalcifiedcalf cancellons bone which served as a carrier for the bBMP.They were implanted
