福建海鱼寄生的棘吻类的棘头虫记述

ON SOME ECHINORHYNCHOIDEA PARASITES FROM MARINE FISHES OF FUJIAN PROVINCE,CHINA

棘头虫是为害经济动物较严重的一门动物,种类不多,全球已知仅有一千多种,其中多数寄生鱼类,约有600多种,占虫种总数一半以上。我国棘头虫门动物已知有135种,其中寄生于鱼类的84种,约占我国种类的三分之二。福建省已知棘头虫有88种,寄生于鱼类的只有32种,尚未达三分之一。福建是沿海地区,水域广大,水产养殖业发达,鱼类资源丰富,推知尚有很多的棘头虫尚未发现,需要继续进行调查研究。棘吻类 Echinorhynchoidca(Cobbold,1876)是棘头虫门中较大的一类寄生虫。

The present paper reports four species of Echinorhynchoidea parasites from marine fishes of Fujian Province,China.Among them three are new to science and one is rc- corded for the first time from China.All the type specimens are preserved in the Parasitological Research Laboratory,Fujian Normal University.The diagnoses of the new species are as follows: 1.Raorhynchus megalas pisi,sp.nov.(fig.1) Two male and three female specimens were obtained from the intestine of Megalaspis coradyle collected from Xiamen city.This species resembles Raorhynchus echeneisi(Gupta et Gupts,1979),n.comb.but differs from the latter in the smaller body size of female(8.80-9.76 ×0.320-0.48mm),proboscis 1.60-1.76×0.208-0.224 mm,armed with 18 longitudinal rows of hooks,each row consisting of 24-26 hooks,apical and subapical hooks 0.052-0.054 mm long,median hooks 0.068-0.070 mm long,posterior hooks 0.042-0.045 mm long,and the basal one circle hooks longer and larger,0.077-0.080 mm;lemnisci 0.96-1.68 mm in length, proboscis receptacle 1.60-2.4×0.192 mm,uterus 1.92 mm. 2.Parahadinorhynchus upenei,sp.nov.(fig.2) Two male and one female specimens were obtained form the intestine of Upeneus sulphureus collected from Xiamen city.This species resembles Parahadinorhynchus mugilis Johnston ct Edmonds,1947,but differs from the latter in body larger(6.4-7.6×0.62-0.88 mm in male,8.48×0.90 mm in female):proboscis longer,armed with 16 longitudinal rows of hooks,each row consisting of 26-28 hooks;proboscis receptacle longer,1.7-1.8mm;lemnisci elongate,1.28-1.68×0.128-0.176 mm;cement glands shorter,1.12×0.48 mm. 3.Filisoma acanthocybii,sp.nov.(fig.3) Three female specimens were collected from the intestine of Acanthocybium solandri from Xiamen city.Body cylindrical,5.6-8.0 mm long,0.88-0.96 mm wide;cuticle aspinose; proboscis elongate,cylindrical,1.12-1.15 mm long,0.192-0.195 mm wide,with 18 longitudinal rows of hooks,hooks of anterior and median region 0.042-0.045mm,postcrior hooks 0.038 mm long;proboscis receptacle 1.84-2.40×0.224-0.240 mm in size;two lemnisci equal in size,2.32 mm long,and 0.240 mm wide.the number and arragement of the hooks on proboscis of this new species differ from those of all the known species of the genus Filisoma Van Cleave,1928. 4.Longicollum pagrosomi Yamaguti,1933 This species was collected from the intestine of Pagrosomus unicolor from Lianjiang county,Fujian province.It is recorded for the first time from China.
