摘要
分析了邳早15,蚌珠芒2个粳稻成抗品种和川植5号、扬稻1号、83007和DV_(85)4个全生育期抗性品种对3个白叶枯病菌系HB_(84-17)、P_1和T_1的抗性在不同感病品种背景下的遗传行为。分析这6个抗病品种与粳稻感病亲本沈农1033、籼稻感病亲本金刚30和TN_1或早籼141杂交后代F_1和F_2对3个菌系的抗性反应表明:抗病品种在不同感病品种背景下的抗性遗传行为基本一致。但存在抗性显隐性的变化和遗传方式不一致的异常现象。异常表达与植株生育期和所采用菌系有关。
The inheritance behaviours for resistance to 3 strains of Bacterial Blight (Xanthomonas
campestris pv.oryzae), HB84-17, P1 and T1, in two japonica cultivars with adult-plant resistance, Pei Zao
15,Bang Zhu Mang, and four indica cultivars with over-all resistance,Yang Dao 1,83007, Chuan Zhi 5,and
DV_(85),under condition of genetical background of various susceptible parents,were srudied,The analyses of
F1,F2 populations from the crosses of the six resistance cultivars with susceptible cultivars,shen Nong 1033,Jin
Gang 30,TN 1 and Zao Xian 141,revealed that the inheritance behaviours of resistance to 3 strains of BB in six
resistance cultivars under genetical background of susceptible parents were mainly similar,and the specific
genetical behaviours of resistance were observed .These behavious included the change of the dominant to the
resessive one and the difference of inheritance mode,They were related to the growth stage of plants and the
strains of BB.
