摘要
1989年1月～1990年5月对经病理证实、首次放疗的120例鼻咽癌。放射剂量68～80Gy/34～70次,疗程44～81天。2年鼻咽局部控制失败率16.7％,其中疗程≤55天的为4.3％,>55天的为24.3％。表明,疗程延长与局部控制失败率有关。
From January 1989 through May 1990, 120 patients with histplogically proved carcinoma of nasopharynx (NPC) were treated by definitive radiotherapy at our hospital. The radiation dose was 68-80 Gy in 44-81 days (34-70 fractions). All patients were followed for two,years. The two year local recurrence rate was 16. 7 % after treatment . Local failure was 4.3% if the overall treatment time was ≥55 days. It is concluded that treatment period is very critical in the control of primary tumors.
