氟哌酸在鸡体内的代谢动力学观测

THE PHARMACOKINETICS OF NORFLOXACIN IN CHICKS

采用高效液相色谱法,测定了鸡静脉注射氟哌酸10,20,40mg/kg三个剂量的血药浓度,并经计算处理,符合二室开放模型,给出了药代动力学参数。其T1/2β分别为2.37,4.73,4.465h,未见明显差异。AUC随剂量增大而增加,分别为12.03,44.82,60.87μg·ml/h。

This paper reported the Chick plasma concentration detemin-ation affer iv doses of nofloxacin for 10,20 and 40mg/kgb wt assay with HPLC. It was two-compartement model,the pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained.The were no obvious difference amongthe T1/2J3,they were 2.37,4.73 and 4.65h,respectively .AUC were increased in proportion to the doses,the were 12.03,44.82 and 60.87 ug.h/L for the doses of 10,20 and 40.mg/kgb. wto respectively.
