摘要
在注塑成型中,浇口的位置经常会影响熔体在模腔内的流动特性、内应力、制品熔接缝的形成、制品的表面质量以及制品在高温下的收缩和变形、本文用有限元法对充模过程的温度波动、过充模、摩擦过热、流动比等因素的数值进行线性加权,建立目标函数,再用SANHIL法求出最佳浇口的位置,为模具设计中浇口位置的选择提供了一套有效的方法。
In injection molding, the flow-way of melt into an impression, stress concentration, surface quality of a product, weakness of wewld line, shrinkage and deformation are effected by the position of the gate. In this paper, we address four problems (temperture difference, overpack, frictional overheating and ratio of flow path to thickness) which are stated in an objective function. The search method introduced in the paper is a method that is called simulated annealing and hill climbing (SANHIL). The optimum gate location is determinated by this method. We demonstrate the effective method to any complex mold.
