45钢硼氮复合渗代替CrWMn合金钢提高电池铁壳环边凹模寿命

摘要 本文探讨了采用45钢经过硼氮复合渗处理替代CrWMn合金钢制作电池铁壳环边凹模的工艺。结果表明,该工艺不仅可显著提高凹模寿命,还便于进行机械加工,降低材料成本。 It is analyzed that 45 Steel treated by duplex process of nitriding-boronizing is used instead of CrWMn steel for making battery iron case die. The results indicate that the process can not only prolong the service life of the die obviously but also make the machining easier. And the material cost is reduced.
