摘要
本文应用了溶剂浮选吸光光度法原理,拟定了痕量磷的测定方法。用结晶紫作捕集剂,与磷钼杂多酸生成稳定的疏水性缔合物,当氮气通过浮选池时,缔合物附着于气泡上升,并溶于有机相中,直接取有机相进行光度分析,可测定即PPb级磷,富集比为40。
The determination of trace phosphours by solvent sublation spectrophotometry is carried out using crystal violet as a collector. The ion-associate is readily soluble in CH3COCH2CH(CH3)2, and has maximum absorption at 598nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 5.75 ×105 · L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0-8μg (the solution volume is 200ml, the organic phase volume is 5ml).
