摘要
文章通过对丁炔二醇(BD)合成过程的分析,得出了影响BD合成过程反应速率的两个决定步骤,据此设计了新型串联环流反应器。以两级串联环流反应器和浆料床为实验装置,研究了空气——水——固体颗粒三相体系中气含率E_q及液相体积传质系数kla在BD合成液速U_L下随气速u的变化规律,并在实际BD合成的u,U_l下测定了两种反应器的液相返混,据此预测了在两种反应器中BD合成转化率。
Through the analysis of the synthetic process of butynediol (BD), it is obtained that there are two main contro ling factors of the reaction rate of this process. According to this, a new type of reactor MDTFB has been designed. With a two-stage MDTFB and a slurry reactor, experiments have been conducted on air-water-solid particle three phase-system to study the charicteristico of gas holdup Eg, gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient kla and eiquid backmixing. Some apocalytic results have been obtained.
