方形液-液萃取搅拌槽搅拌功率准数的测定

摘要 本实验测定了在工业中常用的双层双叶平板桨在方形搅拌槽中海-液混合过程的搅拌功率准数,主方形搅拌槽功率的放大计算提供了依据。实验表明:不加挡板的方形搅拌槽在搅拌过程中仍存在着“圆筒形旋转涡流”和“气穴”。加档板后“圆筒形旋转涡流”和“气穴”消失,且搅拌功率明显上升。为改善萃取过程的传质效果,方形槽以设置挡板为佳。 Using the paddle agitator of double layer plate, the power number was determined for the square stirred tanks.In this paper it was shown, that in the non-baffle tanks there are 'circular rotate zone* and 'air trap', which were destroyed by additional bafflers. According to the experimental results, it would be helpful to estimated needed power of some relevant equipments.
