山西能源重化工基地水资源的合理开发利用问题浅析——以太原西山区为例

本文在对太原西山区地实地调查和广泛收集有关资料的基础上,应用定量预测计算的方法,从水资源的天然来源,供需平衡及开发利用三个方面,以不同角度分析了该区在远、近期水资源的供需矛盾与目前开发利用中存在的问题,进一步针对性地提出了一些合理化建议。

In this paper on the basis of on the spot invastigation and collection data on the westrn district of Taiyuan, using the quantiative calculation methods, the author mainly analyses the principal component of awater resource, the contradiction between need and supply of water in the near future,the problem of exploitation and utilzation of water resource at present. Further, he puts forward some herseif proposal in view of the above problems.
