摘要
对检测大鼠细小病毒(RV株)抗体的ELISA、IEA和HI三种方法作了比较。ELISA、IEA和HI法的重复性分别为92.5％、88.2％和68.6％。经对同一批血清检品的检测,ELISA法IEA和检测结果的符合率为90.5％,抗体阳性检出率均为81％,而HI与前两法的符合率均仅为69％,抗体阳性检出率为69％。以上结果表明:ELISA和IEA法在重复性和抗体阳性检出率方面均优于HI(P<0.05)。经ELISA法检测,普通级大鼠中RV抗体阳性率达59％,而在清洁级大鼠中仅为7％。
Comparison among ELISA, IEA and HI was made in detecting the antibody torat Parvovirus. The reproducibilities of ELISA, IEA and HI were 92.5%. 88.2%and 68.6% respectively. When the same sera were investigated, the consistencies ofthe results between ELISA and IEA, HI and ELISA/IEA were 90.5% and 69% re-spectively,and antibody-positive rates were 81% by both ELISA and IEA, but only69% by HI. The reproducibilities of the seromonitoring results and the positiverates of antibody by ELISA and IEA were higher than by HI (P<0.05), RVantibody was found positive by ELISA in 59% of the conventional rat samples whilein clean rat, the positive rate was only 7%.
