猕猴淋巴结淋巴细胞ATP酶、C-6-P酶超微结构定位

摘要 应用电镜酶细胞化学方法对猕猴淋巴结淋巴细胞ATP酶与G-6-P酶定位进行了研究。结果表明:ATP酶反应颗粒主要定位在淋巴细胞膜质膜内侧。在核膜内侧也可见到清晰的酶反应沉淀物。G-6-P酶反应颗粒主要在内质网表面。两种酶定位与人类相似。结果提示:此法酶反应特异性强,敏感性高。可用于判定实验动物免疫淋巴细胞功能状态。 The location and activities of the ATPase and G-6-Pase in lymphocytes of thelymph nodes in rhesus monkey were studied using electron enzyme histochemicalmethods. The results showed the reaction granules of ATPase can be seen clearly onthe sites just below the cell membrane. The reaction granules of G-6-Pase can be obser-ved on the surface of endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria. The results suggestthat ATPase and G-6-Pase in the lymphocytes of the lymph nodes in rhesus mon-key can be marked accurately. The location and activity of the enzymes are similarto that in human.
