摘要
The thermodynamical properties of some stationary,axially symmetric non-Kerr black holes possessing mass with multipole moments are discussed.The rotating angularvelocities of this sort of black holes are zero.There exist thermal radiations,and the temper-atures on the event horizons are constants.The existence of naked singularities stronglyinfluences the Hawking temperature at the two poles of the black holes,and enables it tovanish or diverge.It shows that the thermodynamical laws forbid this sort of naked singu-larities to appear,and go so far as to forbid this sort of black holes to form or emerge.
