Clinical and Radiogic Analysis of 249 Cases of Senile Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

本文通过249例老年人慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)临床X线分析,探讨其胸部平片X线诊断价值。发现对肺气肿的X线诊断有新认识,观察和测量右下肺动脉横径宽度具有重要的临床意义。还分析了老年人COPD的特点及在预防和治疗本病中所起的积极作用。

In order to evaluate the diagnosis of chest X-ray films in senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) 249 cases of which were analysed clinically and radiographically in this paper. The authers consider that COPD in old people must be re-understood. And it was of great significance to measure the diameter of right inferior pulmonary artery to the diagnosis of senile COPD. In this paper the authers also discussed the characteristics of this disease in old people, which are considered to be in favor of the prevention and treatment of this tisease.
