P物质对小鼠条件回避反应记忆的影响

摘要 在14只昆明系小鼠中建立了穿梭箱条件回避反应(CAR)行为模型。观察 P 物质(SP)对小鼠(CAR)记忆的影响。以(CAR)的正确反应率连续3 d 达80%以上为达标标准。达标后实验组(8只)立即腹腔注射 SP,对照组(6只)则注射等量生理盐水,然后逐日检查它们CAR 的保持情况。结果表明:①SP 能明显延缓动物记忆的消退。48h 记忆检查发现实验组 CAR正确反应率为(67±3)%,对照组为(57±9)%,p<0.01,两者有极显著差异。②SP 能显薯增强实验动物记忆的保持,实验组 CAR 完全消退天数为(8.13±0.83)d,对照组为(5.00±0.63)d,两者间有极显著差异,P<0.001。 The effect of peripherally administered substance P (SP) on shuttle box conditioned avoidance behavior in Kung-ming mice was studied.The results showed that:1.SP could markedly delay the extinction of conditioned avoidance response (CAR) in mice,48 h after intraperitoneal injection of 50 μg SP,it was observed that the correct CAR rate was (67±3) % in the experimental group (n=8),and (57±9)% in the control group (n=6), the difference between these two was of very marked statistical significance (p<0.01).2.SP also enhanced the retention of the animals′/CAR memory, there was need of 8.13±0.83 days for the CAR to be extincted completely in the experimental group,and only 5±0.63 days in the control group (p< 0.001)
