摘要
通过 ELISA 法,比较研究了小鼠和沙鼠泡球蚴抗原(MAH&GAH抗原)计52例泡球蚴(AH)患者、59例非 AH 病患者和57名建康人的诊断价值。结果表明,MAH&-GAH 抗原的阳性率各为98.1%和100.0%,经统计学处理,两种抗原之间无显著差异;假阳性率两者相同,均为2.58%。但是,GAH 抗原在0.70以上高消光值中占96.15%,非常显著地高于MAH 抗原者(51.92%);抗体滴度在1:1600以上时,GAH 抗原占69.23%,也非常地高于MAH 抗原(占30.11%),按几何均数计,GAH 抗原为 MAH 抗原的2.87倍,说明诊断 AH 病宜用 GAH 抗原。以 SDS-PAGE 分离的蛋白质带带数,GAH 者为36条,MAH 者仅15条。
Via ELISA,a comparison was made between the diagnostic values of antigens from mice alveolar hydatid (MAH) and gerbil alveolar hydatid (GAH) in sera of 52 patients with multilocular echinoeoccosis (mEch), 59 with other diseases and 57 healthy adults.The sensitivities of MAH and GAH antigens were 98.1% and 100% respectively.It difference between these two was not significant.The false positive reactions of MAH and GAH antigens were 2.58% and 2.58%.In 96.15% of mEch sera employing GAH antigens,ODs were above 0.7,the percentage was very markedly higher than that (51.92%)of those mEch sera employing MAH antigens. In 69.27% of mEch sera employing GAH antigens,antibody titers were above 1:1600,the percantage was also much significantly higher than that (30.11%) of those mEch sera employing MAH antigens,moreover via geometric mean (GM) calculation,the GM titre of antibodies following the introducing of GAH antigens was even 2.87 times that following the introducing of MAH antigens.It is thus suggested that the GAH antigens is more appropriate to use in the diagnosis of mEch.Separated by SDS- PAGE,there were 36 protein bands for GAH antigen,and only 15 for MAH antigen.
