摘要
本文在扫描电镜下观察了人鼻甲粘膜的微血管铸型。鼻甲粘膜内微动脉吻合成两级微动脉拱,微静脉吻合形成浅、深静脉丛,在中、下鼻甲粘膜内观察到动—静脉吻合。本文还讨论了粘膜内微血管构筑的功能意义。
The microvasculatory replica of turbinal mucosa in human was observed under scanning electron microscope. The anastomosis of the primary arterioles formed the primary arteriolar arcade;that of the second arterioles formed the second arteriolar arcade. Rich venules anastomosed each other forming superficial and deep venous plexus. Arteriovenous anastomoses were observed in inferior and middle turbinalmucosae of fetus. The functional significance of the mucosal microvasculature was discussed.
