先天性肠旋转不良的X线诊断(附5例报告)

X-RAY DIAGNOSIS OF CONGENITAL INTESTINAL MALROTATION

本文报告5例经X线或手术证实的先天性肠旋转不良,并结合文献复习,讨论了肠旋转不良的发生、分类,X线检查方法及X线表现。强调了钡灌肠的检查在该病诊断中的重要价值。

This paper reports 5 cases of congenital intestinal malrotation confimed by X—Ray examinaton and or operation. The occurrence,classification,method of X—Ray examination and manifestation are discussed with refernce of some literature. The important value of barium enema examination in the diagnsis is emphasixed.
