摘要
本文对11例肺切除病列的术前诊断,手术切除范围,术后并发症处理,随访等作了总结。证明肺切除后,支气管残端的处理方法至关重要。术后其他并发症只要处理及时,可获得较好效果。
Base on 11 cases with pnumonectomy, the paper sums up the conclusion of preoperative diagnosis, the range of surgery, postoperatiove complications and the follow—up. Authors think that it is very important to cope with bronchial stumps after pneumonectomy and if complications are handled in time, better results can be achieved.
