成人胸椎SCIWORA综合征(附1例报告并文献复习)

ADULT THORACIS SCIWORA SYDROME

没有x光影像异常的脊髓损伤“(Spine cord Injury Without Radiagraghie Abnormality—SCIWORA)多发生在儿童脊柱损伤。较少见于成人。本文报告一例成人胸柱的SCIWORA,并结合文献复习对其发生机理,诊断及治疗进行探讨。

One case is reported that adult thoracic cord injutry without spinal fracture and dislocation, through v—fiml C. T. and mylography of radiculam arteries of the spinal cord, and limb—SEP were demonstrated. Reviewing mechanism of injury has been proposed that such cord injuries result from the spinal hyperextension and hyperflexion or tractoion and vascular compromise and vasospasm at the level of spinal cord injury, The diagnosis and treatment have simply been discused.
