摘要
本文报告面神经移植4例.均为慢性化脓性中耳炎引起的完全性面瘫,病变主要发生在面神经锥段及水平段,术后面肌功能部份恢复2例.并对有关问题进行了讨论.
This paper reported 4 cases of facial nerve grafting.They are all facial palsy caused bychronic suppurative otitis media.The disease primary appears at the pyramidal segment andtympation segment of the facial nerve.After the operation the facial muscle function of 2 pa-tients partly recovered.And the relational guestion was discussed in this paper.
