摘要
以2-氨基苯并噻唑为原料,经重氮化后与焦棓酚偶联合成了4-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)焦棓酚(BTAPG),用无水乙醇重结晶精制。通过元素分析、红外吸收光谱、质谱和可见吸收光谱等分析手段,对合成产物进行分析和结构鉴定,确证得到了BTAPG纯品,产品熔点228℃。该试剂至今未见文献报道。通过对该试剂的一般性质、多元配位显色反应的研究,发现其与Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)、Ti(Ⅳ)和Zr(Ⅳ)等显色反应在CTMAB和CPB等阳离子表面活性剂存在下有高灵敏度。
4-(2-Benzothiazolylazo) pyrogallol (BTAPG), a new organic reagent has been synthesized by coupled reaction of diazotized 2-aminobenzothiazole with pyrogallol,and purified using ethanol recrystallization method,analysis and characterization of synthesized product using elementory analysis,infra-red. Mass spectrometry and visible absorption spectrometry etc. indicate the synthesized product to be pure BTAPG with melting point of 228℃. The sensitive chromogenic reactions between this reagent and Mo(Ⅵ), W(Ⅵ) ,Ti(Ⅳ) and Zn(Ⅳ)ect. in the presence of cationic surfactants such as CTMAB and CPB were found on the basis of studies on general properties.
