股骨干骨折内固定疗效临床分析(82例报告)

EVALUATION OF INTERNAL FIXATION 82CASES OF FEMORAL SHAFT FRACTURE

本文报告82例股骨干骨折行切开复位采用内固定,并根据不同情况配合外固定治疗。在临床治疗中观察到:15岁以下组属儿童和少年,肌力不强,实施内外固定配合,固定可靠,骨折处位置稳定,临床疗效好,并发症少。16岁以上组,同样配合内外固定,由于普通钢板和V形针厚度薄。抗弯强度差。达不到坚强的固定而折断、骨折处并发症多、实施梅花针和加压钢板内固定疗效可靠、并发症少。

This article reported that 82 cases of femoral shaft fracture were treated with operative reduction and intenal fixation. The results showed that the patients under 15 years of age by internal fixation and/or external fixation had satisfactory results and few complicatinos. While the patients over 16 years of age by internal fixation with ordinary plate or 'V' type intramedullary nail showed poor results, and with compression plate or club shape intramedullary nail revealed many advantages, such as, firm fixatlon, without redisplacement and early weight-bearing.
