摘要
作者从1990年1月-1993年5月采用张力带粗丝线内固定治疗髌骨骨折20例,经随访4—24月,骨折愈合时间平均8周,关节活动范围最大145°,最小90°,平均133°,均参加日常劳动。本法术后不需要外固定,可早期功能锻炼,不但符合张力带钢丝固定的生物力学原理,且骨折愈合后不需二次手术取内固定物,大大减少病人的伤痛和切口感染的机会。
From January 1990 to May 1993, 20 cases with patella fracture were treated with inner fixation by using silk thread on tension belt, and followed up for 4 to 24 months. The time of healing averaged 8 weeks. The motion range of Joints varied from 145°to 190°, averaging 138°. Outer fixation was not needed. Early functional excerse could be done. The method accords with the principle of biomechanies and no steel wire is needed to take away in traditional second operation.
