软产道损伤原因临床分析(76例报告)

ANALYSIS ON CAUSES OF 76 SOFT BIRTH CANAL INJURY

本文报导了1990—1992年经阴道分娩的产妇共778例,发生软产道损伤数76例,占阴道分娩的9.76％。因软产道损伤必然会增加产后出血量及产褥感染的机会,故本文作者对76例软产道损伤作回顾性分析,并着重探讨妊高征、分娩方式与软产道损伤的关系,提出相应的预防措施。

This paper reported 778 cases of delivery with vagina from 1990 to 1992, The injury of soft birth canal had oppeared in 76 cases, which came to 9.76% of the delivery with vagina. Since the inJury of soft birth canal always results in increasing postpartum hamorrhage and puerperal infection, We have made a retrospective analysis on 76 cases, discussing the causes of such inJury and producing proper ways for prevention
