摘要
伽玛能谱仪在校准检定过程中,仪器本底对检定结果有着重要的影响。本文论述了水面法、铅室法、本底模型法等各种方法的测量精度、应用条件和使用方法,着重讨论了用本底模型法求底数出现负值的问题,对提高能谱仪器校准检定质量有一定实际意义。
In the process of the calibration and verification of gamma-ray spectrometer.the background of the instrument is of important effect on the verification results. This paper expounds the accuracy of measurement,conditions of application and methods of use for various kinds of methods such as water surface method,lead chamber method and background model method. Emphasis is placed on the discussion on negative values appeared from background determined by the background model methods which are of practical significance for rising the quality of the calibration and verification of gamma-ray spectrometer.
