This paper introduces a new air negative ions producer with liquid electrodes.This producer has the following characteristics:It produces not only a high concentration of air negative ions but contains virtually no ozones;It can be used as an air negative ions producer and also as a therapeutic machine producing medicative gas ions.Its clinical application shows that its therapeutic effect is very effecfive.
