人体排卵前后发汗调定点变化的动态观察研究

摘要 用自己创制的,定量检测人体发汗调定点(ToSSP)的无损性方法,在记录5例健康女大学生卵泡期和黄体期每天的BBT的同时,同步检测了ToSSP的变化。结果表明,BBT与ToSSP紧密相关(r=0.954,P<0.0005),具有同步的双相改变。从而首次在人体动态观测到,黄体期的BBT升高,确系体温自律性调节(Autonomic thermoregulation)的调定点上移所引起。并对ToSSP应用于临床的前景作了讨论。 The basal temperatures (BBT) of 5 healthy female college students were measuredeach day of the follieula phase and luteal phase, and at the same time their sweating set -points(ToSSP) were synchronously determined with an noninvasive quantitative method which wasinvented by our laboratory for measuring human ToSSP. The results indicated that BBT correlatedwell with ToSSP (r=0. 954, P<0. 0005), and their biphasical changes were synchronous. Hence,we might conclude that BBT elevation in the luteal phase was indeed induced by the shifting up ofthe set-point of the human autonomic thermoregulation center. The prospective applications ofToSSP in clinical practice were discussed.
