摘要
手术结扎大鼠的胆总管,定时取肝组织作形态学及γGT、AKP 及 ALT 检查。实验持续6天。结果,结扎后第6h 起,光镜见小胆管有轻度增生,为对照组的1. 5倍,并随时间推移越来越明显,到第144h 增生的胆管面积为对照组的21. 1倍。结扎后第24h 才在胆管上皮处找到个别的核分裂相及凋零小体,第96h 上述改变明显。第48h 肝细胞核分裂相才明显。电镜见微胆管扩张,微绒毛减少,细胞间连接增宽。肝匀浆及血清中γGT及 AKP 的活力均升高且呈同步变化。48h 内肝匀浆的 ALT 活力几乎无改变,而血清却在12h 内迅速升至最高点,为对照组的4. 85倍。
Rats Common Bile Ducts were ligated during operation.The Animals were killed according to schedule and the livers were taken out for morphological and enzymetic examinations.The main results of this experiment were as follows:The number of the bile ductules was increased 6h,after operation.It was 1. 55 times that of the controls.The proliferation of the bile duct ep-ithelium(BDE)increased with time.It was 21. 1 times that of the controls.Mitosis and apoptosis in BDE were rarely found within 24h.After operation,but the number of these morphorlogical changes increased at 96h,after operation.Mitosis of the hepatocytes was most significant at 48h,after ligation.The activity of γ-GT and AKP from the liver homogenate and serum of the rat in-creased synchronously.The activity of ALT increased only in the serum.The cause of the prolifer ation of BDE and the zhanges of these enzymetic activities were disccussed.
