1.1896年,一位64岁的英国妇女依莎贝拉·伯德(Isabea Bird)从上海出发沿长江溯流而上重庆和其他地方,做了一次真正的,非凡的旅行。在四川省,她参观了南浦小镇的一所学校,并且着重论述了学校是如何向学生灌输行为道德要则,灌输严格的道德训诰。
By 1987 the government concluded that despite many years of voluntory effort, the pvogress has been too slow and the standards were too low,therefore it decided to establish a national curriculum.The paper first overviews the objectives,structure and features of the National Curriculum,such as ten subjects,three elements(programmes of study,statement of attainment and structure)and their relationship in each subject. The paper then introduce the assessment system and its characters.In the last part, It analyses some problems in practice.
