The purposes of this paper are to provide an overview of the changes in HK si- nce 80's and an analysis of the experiences of curriculum innovations.The first part highlights the major changes that attempt to break away from traditions of the past. In the second part,the experiences of two innovations,the Liberal Studies Curriclum and the School-based Curri(?)ulum Project Scheme are cited to compare and contrast the attributes and processes of innovation.
