A Correlative Analysis of Back Style High Jumpers Jumping Ability ■the Main Training Measures

本文运用调查法和模糊数学的方法,对背越式跳高专项弹跳素质与主要训练内容因素的相关程度进行了分析研究,初步揭示了各主要训练手段的本质与针对性,对教练员和运动员选择与安排合理训练手段具有一定的参考价值。

Using theories in fuzzy mathematic,this paper analysed the correlative degree of the back style high jumper's jumping ability etc,and the main training measures,pointed out the essence of each main training measure.The reults can be a referenee for coaches and athletes to selec and arrange raining programme.
