乳杆菌DM8909对阴道上皮细胞粘附现象的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文分析了乳杆菌DM8909菌株及自阴道分离的肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌对阴道上皮细胞的粘附能力。结果显示,在正常阴道酸性条件(pH3.5—4.5)下,DM8909菌株对阴道上皮细胞的粘附能力明显高于肠杆菌(P<0.01)、葡萄球菌(P<0.01)、白色念珠菌(P<0.01);随pH增加,DM8909粘附能力降低,肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌粘附能力增强;DM8909菌株能较强地抑制肠杆菌、葡萄球菌对阴道上皮细胞的粘附。本文提示,乳杆菌粘附形成的空间占位是防止其他菌对阴道组织附着的一个重要的保护性机制。 The adherence of Lactobacillus DM8909, Enterobacterium spp., Staphylococcus spp. and C. albican spp. to normal vaginal epithelial cells was tested in vitro. Lactobacillus DM8909 is isolated from normal vagina;Enterobacterium, Staphylococcus, and C.albican are isolated from clinical specimens of vagnosis. At pH3.5-4.5 conditions, the Lactobacillus DM8909 showed a significantly higher adherence (P<0.01) than Enterobacterium, Staphylococcus and C.albican. When pH increased, the adherence of Lactobacillus DM8909 decreased, but the adherence of Enterobacterium, Staphylococcus, C. albican increased. The adherence of Enterobacterium, Stapsylococcus and C.albican to vaginal epithelial cells was strongly inhibited by lactobacillus DM8909. Result from this study suggests that the space block of Lactobacillus adherence may play an important role against attachment of pathogenic bacteria to the surface of vaginal epithelial tissue.
