在小曲米酒酿造过程中添加糖化酶及HAADY可提高出酒率492%~9.55%,并可提高酒的总酸。
Addition of diastase and HAADY in the brewage of the Xiaoqu Rice Liquor can increase the yield by 4.92%~9.55% and the content of its total acids and total esters.
