1 Introduction ZnSe is a kind of semiconductor materials with a broad band gap of direct transition, and is suitable for making photoelectric devices in the short-wavelength of visible light. It is also a kind of good infrared window materials. In recent years, investigations of diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMS) based on ZnSe, e. g. Zn<sub>1-x</sub>Fe<sub>x</sub>Se, Zn<sub>1-x</sub>Mn<sub>x</sub>Se, have been developed rapidly, because they possess the singular magnetic and optical properties.
